Are You Eligible for a Native American Home Loan?

Engaging strictly with members of Native American and Alaskan tribes, you must be enrolled as a member of a federally recognized tribe in order to receive the benefits of a HUD Section 184 Indian home loan. Your enrollment will be verified prior to processing, this is usually done with a letter from your tribe. The final determination of enrollment is reserved for the tribal government.
